Engati is a Global chatbot platform which leverages AI and machine learning for its users to build chatbots with no-code or low code. Launched in 2017, it currently has over 15,000 customers from 175+ different countries. With their recently launched Bot Marketplace, they wanted to expand further and harness the capabilities of a targeted global reach.
Engati was facing 2 major challenges
Engati reached out to us with a goal to grow their targeted traffic along with increasing the number of leads and conversions by 2X in 3 months and 5X in 6 months without increasing their marketing spends drastically.
With Leadmi, Engati leveraged persona based scouting, where they gathered qualified leads by providing inputs to filters based on the buyer persona which identified profiles matching the filters. The profiles were then imported as leads and integrated with their CRM - Freshsales.The multiple filters related to Organizational and User attributes allowed Leadmi to help them in generating, qualifying and nurturing the leads.
Today, Engati has the required agility and efficiency to match their projected business growth.
