peopleHum is the 2019 ‘Global Codie Award’-winning next-generation platform for Human Capital Management. It is integrated for a single view across all employee aspects in organizations. With automation and ML integration it provides the latest capabilities in HR and people analytics.

After winning the 2019 Codie Award in San Francisco, peopleHum had planned to ride the wave and improve conversions. But, it was facing 2 major challenges -

  • Increased social media interactions with interested prospects, but lacking on qualification and engagement to convert them.
  • Incorrect identification and scoring of prospect leads originating from social media losing out on time and efficiency.

peopleHum reached out to us with a goal to improve the conversion rate of leads acquired from social media along with a need to build a reliable lead scoring mechanism based on the profile activity and persona of their target audience.

Our Solution

Leadmi enabled peopleHum to leverage social networking channels like LinkedIn and Facebook to identify and qualify leads interacting with their posts on the social channels. Leadmi’s proprietary automation automatically identifies lead profiles interacting with your posts on social media.


Leadmi then qualifies these leads with the defined buyer personas and classifies the leads as Cold, Warm and Hot. Leadmi also monitored social interactions (like, comment, share) of the leads with peopleHum and derived a lead score. This helped the peopleHum team to identify the high value leads and engage them, which eventually led to higher conversions. peopleHum also leveraged Leadmi’s buyer persona based lead generation to identify leads with higher accuracy. Leadmi’s integration with Salesforce CRM helped to expedite the lead generation and qualification process further with increased speed and efficiency.
